Poster Guidelines
General Requirements
Each poster will be displayed on a single board with the following dimensions:
- 100 cm (39.4 inches) wide x 200 cm (78.7 inches) high.
We recommend preparing and printing your poster in one of the following sizes:
- ISO A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)
- US Arch E (36 in x 48 in)
Orientation: Portrait only. Avoid using landscape orientation for A0/Arch E formats, as they will be too wide to fit the poster boards.
The Conference Organizers will provide all necessary materials for mounting posters (such as tape).
Note: These guidelines apply to both the standard Poster Sessions and the Student Poster Session.
The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to reject papers that have not been properly presented or manned during the poster sessions. Manuscripts or enlargements of contributions are not considered posters, and papers presented in such a manner will not be accepted for publication.
Poster Display Times
Assigned poster boards will be available starting at 08:45 each day. Presenters should set up their posters as early as possible in the morning of their assigned poster session to give delegates time to review them in advance.
Posters should be removed at the end of the session. Any posters left unmanned after 18:30 will be removed and discarded.
