Student Program
Student Poster Session
A special student poster session will take place on ---, in the --- at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center (SAFE). Registration for the student poster session occurs through general conference registration after submitting an abstract.
All students are encouraged to present their work in this special session (one poster per student) in addition to the standard poster sessions. Posters presented during this session will be eligible for prizes awarded for the best student posters. Students receiving grants to attend the conference are required to present their work during this session and again in the standard poster sessions. They must also submit a contribution to the proceedings.
Posters should be set up between --- a.m. and --- on ---, and students are expected to attend their posters for interactions with judges and conference delegates from --- a.m. to --- p.m.
Student Prizes
The NAPAC'25 Best Student Poster Prizes will be awarded to the --- best posters presented in the special student session (on ---, from --- a.m. to --- p.m.). Each winner will receive a --- prize of ---, presented during the --- Special Session on ---.

Student Networking
A student networking session will be held on ---, from --- a.m. to --- p.m. in Room --- at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. Accelerator physicists and industry experts will share insights into their research and careers in accelerator science and technology. All students are encouraged to attend. Coffee and snacks will be provided.
Student Grants
Thanks to the sponsorship of laboratories and institutions across various regions, grants will be offered to students specializing in accelerator science to attend NAPAC'25. These grants cover a waiver of registration fees and include a per-diem allowance to help with lodging and food expenses.

Grant Application
- The deadline for applications and reference letters is ---.
- Before applying for a student grant, applicants must submit an abstract to the conference and note their contribution ID.
- Applications must include at least two reference letters, signed by a supervisor, head of institute, laboratory, or university department. These letters must be uploaded by the deadline using the online application form.
Should your supervisor prefer to submit the above mentioned letter personally, it is possible to send it directly via email to ----. - Applicants will be informed about their application status by ---.
- Grant recipients are advised to register for the conference only after receiving a notification of acceptance.
