Please note, as of August 5, the Hyatt still has rooms available for slightly higher than the conference rate but you have to book directly.

For those staying in the Hyatt, late checkout on Friday is possible and there will be a luggage storage room for those who do checkout.  There is also a quick sheet with hotel information.

This is the official conference hotel, which is located next to the conference center, and we strongly recommend conference attendees stay there.  

Although the nightly cost is above the listed federal per diem, as the conference hotel, the full cost will be covered for travelers (for more information see Federal Code of Regulations Title 41, Subtitle F, Chapter 301, Subpart B: Part 301-11 Per Diem Expenses, Subpart D, § 301-11.300).
