Early Career Grants and Opportunities
Thanks to the sponsorship of IEEE NPSS, grants will be offered to 5 to 10 early career members specializing in accelerator science to attend NAPAC'25; early career is defined as 10 years post degree. These grants cover a waiver of registration fees and will support lodging expenses.
Grant applications will close on May 5, 2025.

Grant recipient:
- Must submit a contribution to the proceedings and must attend the Early Career networking session.

Grant Application
- The deadline for applications and reference letters is May 5, 2025.
- Before applying for an early career grant, applicants must submit an abstract to the conference and note their contribution ID.
- Applications must include at least two letters of reference with one letter signed by a supervisor, head of institute, laboratory, or university department. These letters must be uploaded by the deadline using the online application form.
Should your supervisor prefer to submit the above mentioned letter personally, it is possible to send it directly via email to info@napac25.org. - Applicants will be informed about their application status by June 2, 2025.
- Grant recipients are advised to pay for the conference via CVENT Portal only after receiving a decision notification.
